Call me a weirdo if you like but I love recruitment. I’m sure you have heard this many times, but I really did fall into it in 1987 and I am so glad I did. I’m really passionate about delivering the best service to both candidates and companies. For me, it’s all about references, references, references. If I could, I would probably uninvent the CV. Career Background in Technical Recruitment & Leadership
I started Technical Resources in April 2000 after starting as a consultant at MTS in Slough in 1987. I worked my way up to MD of Corporate Services Group, Technical Division. When I left in 1999 we had 1,250 contractors and our turnover was £30m.
