I specialise in Contract Fire & Security Service and Maintenance recruitment, working with skilled service and maintenance engineers across fire alarms, security systems, reactive works, and small works. I’ve been in recruitment for over six years, with experience across both permanent and contract recruitment, and now focus on fast-paced contract solutions within the Fire & Security sector.

I support Fire & Security engineers by securing long-term, 5-day-a-week contract work, ensuring they stay busy all year round and are paid weekly. I take the time to understand each engineer’s skillset and preferences, matching them to suitable assignments that align with their experience while providing consistent support throughout their contracts.

For clients, I provide reliable contract resourcing solutions to support unfilled permanent vacancies, PPM backlogs, and new contract wins. By supplying experienced, site-ready service and maintenance engineers, I help clients stay aligned with their SLAs, avoid penalties, and keep service and maintenance work running within agreed tender requirements.

I love delivering an excellent service to both candidates and clients. My role is very client-facing, and I enjoy getting out to meet clients in person and building strong, long-term relationships. I believe recruitment works best when it’s personal, not just transactional.

I’m a huge sports fanatic and a lifelong Chelsea FC supporter I can name every scoreline from the 2021 Champions League winning season. I’m also big into horse racing and golf, so you’ll usually find me watching or playing sport most weekends.
