I’m highly candidate-facing, supporting Telecoms and data cabling engineers throughout the entire recruitment journey. From answering questions and offering guidance to understanding long-term goals, I ensure candidates feel supported, informed, and confident when moving into their next role.

While my primary focus is working with candidates, I also support clients by handling requirements efficiently and responding quickly when assistance is needed. This helps ensure a smooth recruitment process and strong working relationships within the Telecoms recruitment market.
