Five Years of Recruitment Experience

I’ve been in the recruitment industry for the past five years, spending the last two years managing a team of five. This experience taught me how to thrive in fast-paced environments, support stakeholders effectively, and prioritise actions that make the biggest impact on the business. When an operations role became available at Technical Resources, my former manager, Charlie, recognised my experience and recommended me for the position.

Supporting Candidates Through Operational Excellence

Although I don’t work with candidates directly, my role ensures that our business operations run efficiently so recruiters can deliver a smooth on-site experience. By maintaining clear processes and streamlining workflows, I help candidates experience a professional and seamless recruitment journey.
