As Operations Director, I support all divisions across the business, drawing on my strong background in contract recruitment. My focus today is on driving strategy, improving team performance, and embedding continuous improvement across the company to ensure we consistently deliver high-quality recruitment solutions.
From Early Beginnings to Senior Leadership
I joined the business at 19 after leaving home in Scotland, initially without a clear career plan. Through hands-on experience, development, and a strong work ethic, I built my career in recruitment and progressed into operational leadership, helping shape the growth and success of the organisation.

I work closely with each team to enhance productivity, support progression, and maintain a high-performance culture. Life Outside of Work
Outside the office, I occasionally DJ and have supported House & Disco artists such as Dave Lee, Simon Dunmore, The Shapeshifters, and Fat Tony at clubs around England.
