I specialise in the Fire and Security Installation desk, supporting the placement of skilled installation engineers across the UK. With just over a year of recruitment experience, I focus on delivering a smooth, reliable recruitment service for both engineers and clients operating in fast-paced project environments.

For candidates, I act as the main point of contact throughout their entire journey with Technical Resources. I manage onboarding, compliance coordination, site details, timesheets, and ongoing support, ensuring engineers feel informed, supported, and confident on every project. From start to finish, I’m there to resolve issues, provide guidance, and maintain regular check-ins.

For clients, I step in where additional support is needed by checking in on current projects, identifying new opportunities, and supporting new business development. I work to build strong relationships, confirm points of contact, and ensure clients are supported with the right engineers for their installation requirements.

I love what I do because of the drive for success and the thrill of placing engineers into roles where their skillsets truly shine. Beyond performance and results, the people and support around me make the role incredibly rewarding. The clear progression opportunities and encouragement to keep developing motivate me to constantly improve and push toward what’s next.

An interesting fact about me is that I worked as a scare actor during fright nights while studying for my Law degree, and I’m also fluent in Arabic.
