I specialise in senior-level recruitment across the Fire, Security, and Telecoms markets, covering roles from Supervisors and Site Managers through to Designers, Project Managers, and Director-level positions.

I started my recruitment career with Technical Resources in February 2023 as a Resourcer and have since progressed into my current role as a Senior Consultant. During this time, I’ve developed strong market knowledge and a clear understanding of senior-level recruitment within these specialist sectors.

I identify and qualify talent by speaking closely with candidates to understand their experience, goals, and suitability for specific roles. I also provide professional advice and market insight to support long-term career progression, even when there isn’t an immediate opportunity available.

I work with both new and existing clients, listening carefully to their requirements and helping resolve complex recruitment challenges, particularly hard-to-fill roles. I treat every client relationship with equal importance and always aim to deliver the best possible outcome.

I enjoy helping candidates secure their ideal roles and supporting clients in solving recruitment problems. While recruitment can be challenging, being part of someone’s career journey makes it incredibly rewarding.

I’ve played football for most of my life and was lucky enough to play and score in the FA Cup.
