Hayley Moore

I began my career in Fire & Security recruitment on the contract desk, supporting engineers across the industry and building strong technical market knowledge. Since August 2022, I’ve been the Training & Development Manager, using my recruitment background to develop high-performing consultants across Technical Resources.

I’m responsible for training recruiters to build genuine relationships, communicate professionally, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for Fire & Security candidates. While I’m no longer desk-based, I play a key role in shaping how candidates are represented across the business.

By developing consultants who truly understand technical roles and client needs, I help ensure our clients receive a knowledgeable, consultative recruitment service focused on long-term success, not quick fixes.

Seeing new starters grow in confidence, pass probation, and build successful careers is incredibly rewarding. Being part of that journey is what motivates me every day.

Outside of work, I’m balancing mum life while training for a half-marathon, both of which require resilience, patience, and plenty of coffee.
