I work as a Compliance Administrator at Technical Resources, specialising in recruitment compliance and supporting the business to ensure candidates and contractors meet all required industry, legal, and client-specific standards before starting work.

I support candidates by guiding them through the full compliance and onboarding journey, making sure all essential documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. This includes right-to-work checks, certifications, and onboarding paperwork, helping candidates become site-ready without delays or unnecessary stress. My goal is to make the process clear, supportive, and straightforward.

For clients, I help ensure that every contractor supplied by Technical Resources is fully compliant with all relevant requirements, reducing risk and supporting smooth project delivery. By maintaining accurate compliance records and working closely with recruitment teams, I help uphold high standards across the business.
