I guide candidates through the compliance process, making sure all certifications, documentation, and checks are in place so they can start work confidently and smoothly. My goal is to make compliance simple, clear, and stress-free, helping candidates focus on their roles rather than paperwork.

For clients, I ensure every contractor supplied is fully compliant and meets all regulatory and client-specific requirements. Working closely with recruitment and operations teams, I help reduce risk, maintain high standards, and support projects running smoothly from day one.
