Quality Assurance Auditor at Technical Resources
I work as a Quality Assurance Auditor, supporting both permanent and contract recruitment operations across Technical Resources. Having worked with the business for a number of years in multiple roles including within the resourcing team and operations bring a well-rounded understanding of our recruitment processes from end to end.
Ensuring High Standards Across Recruitment Processes
I inspect and investigate issues relating to internal recruitment processes, pay queries, and candidate feedback to ensure we consistently deliver the highest level of customer service to candidates. My role focuses on identifying areas for improvement and ensuring issues are resolved thoroughly and fairly.
Protecting Client Experience and Engineer Quality
For clients, I analyse feedback and performance data to ensure we continue to supply top-quality, compliant engineers and maintain excellent service standards. By monitoring quality and consistency, I help protect long-term client relationships and uphold the Technical Resources reputation.
Turning Feedback into Meaningful Improvements
What I enjoy most about my role is analysing procedures, identifying gaps, and turning feedback into actionable improvements. Being able to positively impact both people and processes and knowing those changes improve outcomes across the business is incredibly rewarding.
A Creative Background Beyond Recruitment
Outside of recruitment, I previously taught performing arts, bringing creativity, communication, and people skills into everything I do today.
