I support candidates at key stages of the permanent recruitment journey, helping create a positive and well-organised experience from interview through to start date.
Coordinating Interviews for Fire & Security Clients
For clients, I help coordinate the interview process, confirming availability on both sides and arranging interviews efficiently. By keeping communication clear and organised, I help streamline permanent hiring within the Fire & Security sector, reducing delays and improving the overall recruitment experience.
