I work as an Associate Resourcer on the Service Desk, supporting the recruitment team by sourcing and identifying suitable candidates across engineering disciplines. My role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines and ensuring the team has access to the right talent to meet ongoing service and project requirements.

For candidates, I focus on finding suitable roles that match their skills and experience, acting as the first point of contact and ensuring they are well-informed about opportunities available. I aim to make the early stages of the recruitment process smooth, clear, and positive.

For clients, I support the wider recruitment team by providing well-matched candidates, helping ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and to a high standard. My work behind the scenes helps maintain consistent delivery and service quality.

An interesting fact about me is that I’m a dedicated Huddersfield Town FC supporter, following the team both home and away and I also love pizza without cheese!
