I currently work within the Flex team, supporting different areas of the business each week. This rotational approach has given me the opportunity to build a strong understanding of the company, collaborate with multiple teams, and quickly adapt to different project requirements. It’s been a great way to learn the business while contributing wherever support is needed most.

This is my first role in recruitment, having previously worked as a Web Developer. I wanted to transition into a career that felt more people-focused, energetic, and team-driven, and recruitment offered exactly that—fast-paced, collaborative, and full of variety.

My role involves identifying potential candidates for open positions, speaking with them to understand their experience, and gauging their interest and suitability for roles. I enjoy those first conversations that help uncover whether an opportunity is the right fit for both the candidate and the business.

By sourcing and qualifying talent, I help ensure our consultants have access to strong candidate pipelines, enabling them to deliver efficient recruitment solutions for clients and keep projects moving forward.

I enjoy talking to people and building connections, so recruitment suits me perfectly. Every day brings new conversations and challenges, and I thrive in an environment with a real buzz and strong team dynamic.
