I specialise in internal recruitment and have been honing my expertise over the past year, with a total of 4 years’ experience in recruitment. My focus is on identifying and attracting the best talent to help businesses grow and succeed.

In my role, I manage the full internal recruitment process from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding new employees. I take pride in ensuring a smooth, positive experience for new hires, helping them settle in quickly and integrate seamlessly into the business. I enjoy building strong relationships with colleagues across departments to understand their hiring needs and ensure the right people join the right teams.
