I manage the Fire & Security Senior division, specialising in placing mid-to-senior-level contractors with Fire & Security and Connectivity companies. I support recruitment across a wide range of roles, including Project Managers, Designers & CAD specialists, Security Consultants, Health & Safety Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, and other technical positions critical to project delivery.
Career Journey into Recruitment
After leaving university with a History degree and no fixed career plan, I spent a year working in sales before discovering recruitment, an industry I quickly realised was the right fit. Since then, I’ve built my career connecting specialist talent with complex technical roles and supporting clients in fast-moving, technology-led sectors.
