I work closely with our recruitment teams to continuously review and improve internal processes, recruitment systems, and technology. By streamlining workflows and introducing smarter ways of working, I help enable our consultants to provide a more efficient, consistent, and high-quality experience for both candidates and clients.
Supporting Teams to Deliver Excellent Recruitment Services
Rather than working directly with candidates or clients, I support the people who do. By collaborating with teams across the business, I help remove obstacles, improve visibility, and create solutions that allow consultants to focus on what they do best delivering great recruitment outcomes.

What I love most about my role is the problem-solving element. Every day presents a new challenge or process to improve, which feels like solving a different puzzle each time. I also really value the supportive, collaborative culture across the business and the way teams work together.

An interesting fact about me is that I’m a fast learner I managed to solve a Rubik’s Cube in under two minutes within just four evenings of learning how to do it!
