Technical Resources are working with a well-respected Fire and Security provider who have been established for over 30 years, due to expansion they are recruiting for a Small Works Manager to join their growing team. They have an impressive, versatile commercial client base.
Role: Small Works Manager - Security
Location: South Yorkshire
Package: £45,000 basic (negotiable) + Company Vehicle + Overtime + 25 days Holiday
Responsibilities:
- Managing Small Works projects for CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, anything up to £50,000 in individual value.
- Profit and loss responsibility for projects.
- End-commissioning of CCTV, Access Control to assist team where required.
- Meeting customers, clients, maintaining and building on relationships.
- Managing subcontractors on-site, ensuring work is H&S compliant.
Preferred experience:
- Previous experience as a Senior Engineer, Project Engineer or Supervisor.
- Technical engineering experience with CCTV, Access, Intruder and Fire Alarms (not essential)
