Recruitment Experience and Industry Background
I’m new to recruitment and have jumped straight into the fast-paced world of engineering placement. Despite being new to the desk, I’m already supporting engineers and clients with efficiency, focus, and attention to detail.
How I Support Candidates
I speak with candidates who are open to new opportunities or actively seeking work and help them find their next career steps. During in-depth conversations, I identify exactly what they’re looking for in their next role and work to align those goals with suitable job vacancies for our clients.
How I Support Clients
I provide our clients with engineers for any vacant roles as efficiently as possible, while ensuring a high standard in the candidates I propose. My aim is to make the recruitment process seamless and to match businesses with engineers who can add real value.
Why I Love What I Do
I love the fast-paced, competitive nature of engineering recruitment. Every day brings new challenges, opportunities, and the satisfaction of helping engineers progress their careers. Plus, the ability to earn commission adds an exciting personal reward to the role.
An Interesting Fact About Me
