Meet our Senior Consultant Utilities and Critical Infrastructure, Phil Wadsworth
Telecoms Contract Recruitment Specialist | Senior Sales Delivery Manager
I specialise in Telecoms contract recruitment, supplying skilled labour to some of the largest and most well-known Telecoms companies in the industry.
Over a Decade of Recruitment Experience
I began my recruitment career in 2014 as a Resourcer and have since developed my skills across multiple areas of the recruitment process. Through continuous learning and hands-on experience, I’ve progressed into my current role as a Senior Sales Delivery Manager, where I play a key part in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.
Supporting Candidates in the Telecoms Sector
I work closely with candidates to understand their skills, experience, and availability, ensuring they are matched with the right contract opportunities. Building strong relationships is a core part of my role, helping contractors feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their assignments.
Delivering for Clients at Scale
For clients, I focus on supplying reliable, skilled Telecoms labour to support large-scale projects. I work closely with businesses to understand their requirements and deliver engineers who meet technical, compliance, and project demands, helping projects stay on track and fully resourced.
Why I Love What I Do
I enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment alongside a like-minded team. The combination of strong earning potential, great benefits, and a collaborative culture makes Technical Resources a rewarding place to grow and succeed.
Life Outside of Work
An interesting fact about me there isn’t a single thing I won’t eat! I’m always up for trying something new.
